Whistler Sport Legacies is a non-profit organization responsible for three of Whistler's 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Venues; the Whistler Sliding Centre, Whistler OIympic Park, and the Whistler Athlete's Centre. The Whistler Athletes' Centre is not eligible for funding from the Legacy Endowment fund, so it must be self-sustaining. But our goal for the venue is to generate profit thereby ensuring these legacy facilities are available for athlete and training development well into the future.

The Whistler Athletes' Centre is a truly unique accommodation provider in the resort of Whistler, as the Lodge is zoned specifically for a set target market. The Centre's mandate is to offer affordable accommodations to Sport, Cultural and Educational groups visiting Whistler for the purpose of: training and competition, participating in local events as a participant or volunteer, or participating in organized cultural and educational events.  Our competitive set rates ensure that groups that may not otherwise have the funds to travel, are now able to Stay, Train and Meet in Whistler year round. The Whistler Athletes' Centre Lodge offers 80-basic style rooms either single or double occupancy in each room.

The WAC also offers three -2 bedroom townhomes for nightly-weekly use; these homes offer all the conveniences of your home in an affordable yet beautiful setting adjacent to the Whistler Athletes' Centre Lodge.
