After a year of limited operations, the Whistler Athletes’ Centre will fully reopen to both individual guests and groups on July 8, 2021. The facility offers affordable nightly accommodation to sport users, individuals, teams, sport clubs and other organized groups who come to Whistler to train and compete. For the past year, only limited accommodation access could be provided to select groups due to restrictions affecting BC’s sport sector during Covid-19.
With the full reopening on July 8, both individual guests as well as group bookings will be accepted again for nightly accommodation. The Lodge offers 82 rooms in single and double configurations as well as meeting, tuning and equipment storage rooms. The Whistler Athletes’ Centre offers a multi-sport & dryland training room and is directly adjacent to multiple sport fields and many other nearby cross-train opportunities. The facility is the only fully accessible accommodation provider within Whistler.
To keep guests and staff safe, the facility will continue to operate with enhanced health & safety protocols, following federal and provincial guidelines.
